Dive with me into the wonderful world of colored glass design. You have accidentally stumbled upon this page and would like to learn the copper foil technique in a practical seminar itself? ( Copper foil technique = A connection technique in which glass parts are coated with self-adhesive copper foil and then soldered together. )

Or do you just want to do something different - gain a new experience in a joyful atmosphere?

Benefit from the group dynamic - in my workshops usually completely different objects are created - so everyone learns from the other - a mutual enrichment. A presentation about the history of glass design rounds off this very intensive workshop.

Day1: After a short introduction we start directly with glass cutting exercises and you get to know the necessary tools. This is a good experience even for experienced " glass cutters ". After this short introduction to the technique, you will already make your first small three-dimensional object - a small chandelier for your garden/balcony/plant pot. Using a variety of very different examples, I show the possibilities of this technique and give inspiration for your main project for the next two days. You will start with the design and possibly the glass selection.

Day2 and Day3: You create a sophisticated glass art object freely of your choice - a glass painting, a light object, a decorative object, you can work from a template or create completely freely. If you would like to combine the glass work with another material, just bring it and we will look at the possibilities together.

All consumables including generously provided glass are included in the seminar fee within the usual consumption. If you have special wishes, please contact us in advance.

The seminar will be held in German and depending on the participants in English.

Your booking is binding. After booking via our shop, you will receive an automatic "order confirmation". You will then receive a binding booking confirmation for payment from our sales team.

If you book by e-mail or telephone, you will receive our booking confirmation for payment directly.

Cancellation:

Cancellation free of charge is only possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar. In case of cancellation within 1-4 weeks before the start of the seminar, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the seminar price.

In individual cases we can waive this fee, e.g. if the seminar is fully booked despite your cancellation.

In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the seminar or in the event of no-show at the seminar, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the seminar price.

The receipt of the cancellation by TGK GmbH counts towards compliance with the deadlines.
