Mixing ratio:
1kg powder + 0,32kg water
( like a mush)
1,32kg mixing (1kg pwder + 0,32kg water) will be approx 0,7l mold mix
hardening time approx 2-3 hours
Drying out the mold:
Is not necessary but a drying step at 150°C for 120 minutes.
Fusing temperatures of the samples:
Bullseye 810°C – 40 minutes
System96 800°C – 30 minutes
Float 845°C – 45 minutes
