Clean the empty bottle and take away the label.
Step 3
The slumping mold must be primed with a shelf primer. Spray it with a boron- nitrit spray (ZYP 3565102) or brush on a shelf primer (e.g. Bullseye primer 3565050). Dry out the mold with 250°C for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Now you can place the empty and dried bottle in the mold.
Slumping cycle:
1. 150min – 500°C – 0min
2. skip – 720°C – 30min
3. skip – 560°C – 50min
4. 100min – 540°C – 50min
5. 150min – 460°C – 0min

TIPP 1
You can also choose another favourite drink and slump the bottle later on. For example vodka, sparkling wine, rum, tequila………..
TIPP 2
If you have thicker or embossed parts like a scripture or a design you should increase the heating time to 180 to 210 minutes. The annealing time according to it to 60/ 120 minutes or 70/ 140 minutes.
