Mixing ratio:
1kg powder + 0,35kg water
(a thin liquid like buttermilk)
1,35kg mixing (1kg pwder + 0,35kg water) will be approx 0,9l mold mix
hardening time approx 2-3 hours
Drying out the mold:
Drying process takes 1-2 hours with temerature of 600°C.
Fusing temperatures of the samples:
Bullseye 810°C – 40 minutes
System96 800°C – 30 minutes
Float 845°C – 45 minutes
